We are currently working with an established client who is recruiting for a part time Administrator to join their growing team based in Glengormley on a permanent basis.
The Administrator will be flexible and will work within the team to support all areas.
Your new role as an Administrator
- Data Entry
- Answering calls
- Logging details on the system
- Corresponding with other departments to resolve queries
- Dealing with customer queries
What you'll need to succeed as an Administrator
- Previous experience as an Administrator
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Be flexible and adaptable as the role develops with time
- Attention to Detail and Good organisational skills
- The ability to work to deadlines
