Job Overview:
As the new Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, lead generation, and identifying new opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and enhancing revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development strategies with brand initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to adjust strategies in order to stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress reports.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Your essential ingredients
- Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets within the 'Ready to Eat' space
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
