With a strong pipeline of work through 2024 and beyond, our client are looking to welcome an ambitious Commercial Manager with experience in residential projects. This role offers a highly competitive remuneration package, performance related bonus and a home working allowance around site and office visits.

The successful candidate will take on a senior management role within the company and benefit from additional progression opportunities.

Please note that this role will require weekly travel to sites South and North.

What you will do

As part of the Senior Management Team, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading on all core aspects of the Quantity Surveying function. Using excellent commercial judgement and communication skills, you will liaise with clients and work closely with Leadership to ensure that budget management of residential projects are accurate and robust, producing cost-effective outcomes. You will also take on-site measurements, requiring weekly travel to sites in Dublin and Dundalk.

What you will need

• A third level qualification in a relevant subject.
• 10+ years post qualifying experience working on residential projects.
• Excellent commercial accumen and contract knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and split time between sites, office and home-working.
