Construction Administrator


Vickerstock are recruiting for a Construction Administrator for a leading client based in Crumlin on a permanent basis.

The Construction Administrator, will be part of the Estimating team and will provide accurate and timely cost assessments for projects across a range of industries.

Your new role as a Construction Administrator

  • Reviewing project specifications, drawings and documents to understand project requirements.
  • Analysing projects to estimate project costs
  • Present findings to management and clients
  • Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and proposals
  • Maintaining accurate records of estimation activities and updated databases
  • Monitor project costs throughout the project lifecycle


What you'll need to succeed as a Construction Administrator

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role would be desirable
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Ability to work to deadlines and within time frames
  • Detail orientated and precise with a logical approach to work
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
