Construction Administrator
Vickerstock are recruiting for a Construction Administrator for a leading client based in Crumlin on a permanent basis.
The Construction Administrator, will be part of the Estimating team and will provide accurate and timely cost assessments for projects across a range of industries.
Your new role as a Construction Administrator
- Reviewing project specifications, drawings and documents to understand project requirements.
- Analysing projects to estimate project costs
- Present findings to management and clients
- Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and proposals
- Maintaining accurate records of estimation activities and updated databases
- Monitor project costs throughout the project lifecycle
What you'll need to succeed as a Construction Administrator
- Previous experience of working in a similar role would be desirable
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work to deadlines and within time frames
- Detail orientated and precise with a logical approach to work
- Good verbal and written communication skills
