Vickerstock Construction are working in partnership with a leading M&E contractor to appoint a Mechanical Contracts Manager. With a strong track record of delivering complex, high-value projects across sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, and life sciences, this is an ideal opportunity to take on a senior-level role in a well-respected and continually growing business.

As a Contracts Manager, you will be instrumental in the project lifecycle from tender to handover, with a particular focus on areas such as quality and procurement

The Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare technical submissions ahead of procurement of materials

• Working closely with subcontractors and specialists to manage project risks
• Monitor project progress and report on this to stakeholders.
• Take part in company-wide and client meetings.
• Arrange and schedule equipment testing and commissioning.
• Work on materials for manuals
• Fostering strong relationships with site teams, clients and other project teams.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in project or contract management

• Ability to read drawings and specifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Trade or Engineering backgrounds are preferable
