Customer Account Executive
We are working on behalf of an established business to recruit for a Customer Account Executive for a period of 12 months. You will be working with an established Customer Services team to work with Key Customers and provide excellent customer services. The role is based in Newry. There is an excellent salary and benefits package for this role.
Your new role as a Customer Account Executive
- Providing advice to customers
- Resolving customer problems
- General customer queries - phone/email
- Answer incoming calls in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
- General administration
- Using IT systems to help with customer requests
What you'll need to succeed as a Customer Account Executive
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible in approach to work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results driven
