Senior Estimator

Established over 40 years ago, they have gone from strength to strength, celitifying their place in the market through their proven ability to deliver high quality projects and exceed expectation. To continue this journey of growth and secure further contract awards across the province, they require an Estimator to add to their dynamic Team.

This role would suit an individual who is looking for the opportunity to progress and further their career within the industry.

Your New Role as an Senior Estimator

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your role will consist of the preparation of cost estimates, analysing tender drawings & documentation, ensuring tenders are submitted accurately and on time, maximising profit and customer satisfaction as well as attending client meetings when required. Build professional relationships with clients and supply chain partners.

What you need to succeed

• The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience within a similar role.
• You will have the ability to work on your own initiative with a good working knowledge of construction.
• Experience working on contracts within Pre-cast Concrete.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills are essential for this role.

Desirable - (Don't worry if you don't have these just yet!)

• Relevant construction qualification is desirable, HND or 3rd level qualification would be advantageous.
