Vickerstock Construction are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading contractor who are seeking to appoint an multiple Finishing Foremen for a permanent position in Dublin 4, due to a strong and growing pipeline of work.

The Role | Finishing Foreman

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the management of internal works, ensure they are high-quality and completed on schedule. You will manage 1 of the buildings for the duration of the project

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily inspections across the internal stages of the project
• Management of subcontractors on site
• Regularly check quality of finishes
• Compile and close out snag lists
• Read construction drawings to compare against works on site
• Monitor subcontractors compliance with quality programs
• Regular documentation of works on site
• Report on project progress against programme of works and schedule

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years experience in a Finishing Foreman or Site Management position
• Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
• Trade background is preferable
• Strong sub-contractor management skills​
