Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Tier 1 contractor to recruit a Finishing Manager for a large site in Clondalkin, West Dublin

The Project

A €120m residential project comprising houses & apartments, c.600 units in this current phase, with work intended to continue on until 2030.

Your new role as Finishing Manager

• Assist in procurement related to finishing
• Lead reviews of tender packages
• Ensure projects are progressing in line with deadlines
• Manage delivery of all internal works
• Inspect works & complete sign offs
• Manage labourers, foremen and sub-contractors from skimming to handover
• Manage aftercare including risk mitigation
• Complete handovers to client
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance
• Regularly report to various teams including sales & management

What you'll need to be successful as Finishing Manager

• Previous Construction management experience
• Strong finishing experience
• Deadline conscious
• Capable managing multiple teams at once
• Trade background is preferable
