Your day-to-day:

• Full responsibility for developing, implementing, and continuously improving site HSE policies and procedures.

• Leading the charge on risk assessments, accident investigations, and root cause analysis.

• Working collaboratively across engineering, production, and leadership teams to ensure best-in-class safety standards.

• Driving a proactive safety culture through training, audits, and meaningful engagement at all levels of the business.

What you'll need to succeed:

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) with demonstrable experience in a Health & Safety leadership role.

• Strong working knowledge of UK health & safety legislation, ideally gained within manufacturing, engineering, or complex project environments.

• Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for driving positive safety behaviours.
