HR Advisor- Immediate Requirement- 27k

Vickerstock is delighted to be working with long-established, exponentially growing manufacturing organisation which prides itself in providing the highest level of customer service in the recruitment of a HR Advisor (on an initial one month basis with possibility of extension due to rapid company growth).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Graduate or individual wishing to begin their HR career to obtain hands-on exposure in all elements of HR to providing HR Support to 70 employees including assisting with end to end recruitment, managing absence and liaising with payroll. In addition, having the opportunity to partake in employee relations, carry out inductions and manage the HR inbox.

What will you receive as the HR Advisor?

As the HR Advisor you will be entitled to the following;

  • Competitive base salary up to £27,000

  • Opportunity to achieve HR Generalist experience whilst receiving managerial support

What will you do as the HR Advisor?

As the HR Advisor, you report directly to the Company Director and will provide HR Generalist Support to the organisation's 70 employees. Duties will include;

  • Managing full 360 recruitment process- creating job descriptions, posting job advertisments, shortlisting, arranging interviews, carrying out interviews and completing on-boarding.
  • Liaise with payroll to notify the department of any new starters, leavers, additional payments and probations
  • Conduct reporting regarding levels of absence, time taken to hire and probation reviews
  • Acting as HR Advisor on employee relations issues in accordance with company policies
  • Completing on-boarding all new employees entering into the organisation

What will you need as the HR Advisor?

  • Minimum of 2 years administration experience or 12 months HR Administration experience
  • Obtained or currently undertaking CIPD Qualification
  • Ability to utilise Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Desirable to have experience using HR Systems, conducting recruitment, on-boarding and partaking in employee relations.
  • Able to start within 1-2 weeks
