- Support management teams to confidently handle people issues through coaching and advice.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including absence tracking, probation reviews, and performance monitoring.
- Generate and analyse HR metrics to drive site improvements.

- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure all HR processes are compliant and efficient.
- Support training coordination and employee induction processes.
- Promote and chair the site Employee Forum and champion wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensure payroll data accuracy and compliance in collaboration with payroll and H&S teams.
What you will need to succeed;
- Previous HR experience at Administrator level or above, ideally in a manufacturing/operational setting.
- CIPD qualified (or working towards) and holding a HR or equivalent 3rd level qualification.
- Strong ER case management experience and knowledge of employment law.
- Proficient in HR systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
- High attention to detail, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities.
- A true team player committed to company values: Passion, Ambition, Responsibility, and Teamwork
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to take their career to the next level with a well-established and respected company.
