Vickerstock is delighted to be partnering with an industry leading, global manufacturing organisation based in County Antrim in the recruitment of a newly created Benefits Specialist position.

What will you do as The Benefits Specialist?

As The Benefits Specialist, you play an integral role in Compensation & Benefits team and will report into the Senior Benefits Specialist in revising, updating and analysing the company's current benefits programmes. Duties include;

  • Collaborate with The Senior Benefits Specialist and Total Reward Team on knowledge and skill sets related to employee benefits to identify current trends
  • Assist in design, review and implementation of benefits programs eg. pension pans, retirement and insurance
  • coverage.
  • Partake in local and international surveys surrounding current benefit trends, pricing and policies
  • Effectively communicate the employee benefits program and policies to all employees located across different locations.
  • collate, submit and analyse data from benefits related market surveys
  • Engage with individual employees on providing information on their employee benefits

What will you require as The Benefits Specialist?

  • Previous experience of working within a Benefits function or HR Generalist experience with some exposure to Benefits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Excellent Data Analysis Skills
  • Desirable to have CIPD Qualification
