Junior/Graduate Service Engineer

£22k + Company van

Vickerstock are working in partnership with our client, a long-standing supplier of ventilation solutions who supply to a broad range of customers, primarily in the construction industry, with a heavy focus on investment in R&D to ensure that they remain at the forefront of their market.

In this role you will have a unique opportunity to begin your career within this established and growing firm, with full product training provided along the way with a clear pathway to becoming a fully competent service engineer.

Working alongside Senior Engineers you will;

• Visit customer sites across Northern Ireland.
• Carry out repairs on a Ventilation systems.
• Liaise with customers, keeping them up to date and provide a professional standard of customer service.
• Diagnose electrical faults and work alongside Senior Engineers to establish the correct remedial actions.

Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and you may be required to carry out additional duties.

What you will need;

• Strong motivation and willingness to work flexible hours if necessary.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving license.
