Key Account Executive

We are working with a leading Distributor within the FMCG market to assist with the recruitment of a Key Account Executive to join their team in Belfast. There is a hybrid working model with this role.

You will be the sales and administrative support for key external customers and will be play a crucial role in the development of customer relationships.

Hours of work 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 830pm to 4pm Friday.

Your new role as Key Account Executive

  • Management of the following processes to include: Promotional nominations, Price file management, Promotional track and reporting, Supporting in range reviews and customer facing meeting.
  • Dealing with and responding to customer queries promptly
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Highlight and resolve potential problems.

What you will need to succeed as Key Account Executive

  • 2 years' experience supporting commercial teams
  • High level of IT proficiency- Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Experience of budgetary management.
  • Experience from a complex distribution business or solutions provider.
  • Demonstrates integrity, resilience, and energy to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment.
  • Sales & Customer care experience in a retail/wholesale channel
