£25,667 per annum
Discretionary Performance Bonus
4 days across Monday to Friday, 6am - 4.30pm (40hr week)

Training & Development Opportunities
A typical day as Machine Operator: Your key responsibility is to monitor and operate production equipment safely and efficiently whilst maintaining optimum quality.
Set up and efficient running of machines (including changeovers)
Following standard operating procedures and Health & Safety guidelines
Monitoring output efficiency
Conduct daily QC checks e.g. metal detection
Problem solving of machine errors/downtime
Carrying out routine maintenance, root cause analysis
End of line and manual packing duties
Your essential ingredients:
Previous machine operating experience in a fast-paced environment
x5 GCSE's including English and Maths (or equivalent).
Collaborative approach/team orientated
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ideally you will have a mechanical aptitude
