Duties of this role will include
Communicating/co-ordinating with various departments (quality, engineering, production etc) to establish Manufacturing issues and identify methods of improvement.
Working to establish and implement cost effective and efficient production methods in line with LEAN manufacturing principles.
Providing support to the Production department.
Management of BOM's
Other duties as required.
What you will need
3rd level Engineering qualification or higher.
Experience in a similar role gained within a manufacturing environment.
Excellent planning skills and ability to prioritise workload.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours if/when required.
