The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans that will enhance the company's brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation across the North and South of Ireland.
Manage all marketing initiatives, this includes Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Console, SEO management, social media, events, and digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the Business Development Managers to create and execute lead generation campaigns that drive qualified leads across their specialist sectors: Construction, Engineering, Food Manufacturing, Professional Services and Environment, Health and Safety.
Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within our specialised sectors.
Website Management: maintaining, updating and refreshing website content regularly.
Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and ROI.
Monitor and analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Manage the development and execution of content marketing initiatives, including industry specific blogs and individual content with our specialist recruitment consultants.
Work closely with the recruitment team to develop and execute effective employer branding campaigns that attract top talent.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing (Google Analytics, Google Console, Google Tag Manager and SEO Management) branding, and lead generation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of recruitment consultants.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus.

Experience of marketing within the recruitment industry
Experience of CRM and automated marketing systems.
Experience of Adobe Premier Pro
