In your new role:

• You will focus on merging MRP and ERP systems to boost production line efficiency.
• Ensure a smooth data exchange between manufacturing operations and business systems.
• Utilise your skills (eg. MSSQL and Python) to create, sustain, and enhance the production line software, encompassing backend processes and automation.
• Design and develop REST APIs to facilitate robust communication between various software systems and services.
• Develop user-friendly web interfaces to provide our teams with easy access to crucial production data and controls.
• Partner closely with production, engineering, and IT teams to understand their needs and deliver effective software solutions that promote operational excellence.
• Offer continuous support and troubleshooting for integrated systems, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution of issues.

What you will need to succeed:

• Previous experience within similar environments or projects
• Experience in selecting and implementing MRP/ERP systems
• Experience of using APIs of any major ERP system
• API programming experience
• Experience in any programming language (eg. JavaScript, Python, C)
• Web server development/admin skills
• Working knowledge of BI solutions (eg. PowerBI, Tableau)
• Database administration skills (eg. MSSQL, PostgreSQL, mySQL)

Desirable (it would be great if you have this, but don't worry if you don't):

• Relevant technical qualifications
• 6+ years' experience in similar role preferred
