As an NPD Technologist reporting to the Technical Manager, you will work as part of the technical team and develop close working relationships with the development chef and production teams. You will manage site NPD projects from scoping to launch in compliance with all legal and customer requirements.

Criteria

• 3rd level qualification in a Food Science related subject
• Knowledge of food regulations, food safety standards, and quality assurance principles
• Strong technical skills in food processing, formulation, and sensory evaluation.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Working hours will be Monday - Friday 8am to 4.30pm and salary in return will be competitive depending on experience.
