Vickerstock are excited to be working in partnership with our global FMCG client who are proud to be one of the UK's and Irelands largest producers in their field and are seeking to appoint a dedicated NPI Technologist to join them at their impressive state of the art factory in Carrickmacross.

Reporting to the NPI Manager you will be involved with managing product launches in line with key customer milestones.
Key duties

• Support day-to-day projects, development, feasibility, upscale and production trials.
• Efficiently manage and upscale products from bench to full scale production.
• Ensure that products and materials introduced to site are in line with site strategy, within site capabilities and are costed accordingly.
• Completion of trial reports and documentation.
• Support cross functional working between site & commercial teams to deliver Innovation & Renovation projects.
• Packaging and artwork sign off.
• Flexibility to travel for product trials and launch completion.

You must have

• Minimum 3 years' experience working within the food industry.
• Relevant qualifications in NPI, NPD, Process, Technical or related disciplines.
• Sound project management skills.
• Full drivers' licence with ability to travel.

Working hours will be Monday - Friday 40 hours per week and in return you will receive;
