Vickerstock are working with an innovative FMCG client based in Newry to recruit an Office Manager. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office.
The successful candidate will have the managerial responsibility for delivering a high-quality service within the Administration Department.
The Office Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Manage a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer service are achieved
- Ensuring that all quality procedures are followed
- Responsible for annual targets
- Organization and coordination of office operations
- Implementation of new and existing company policies and procedures
- Assisting management with document preparation for company internal and external audits
- Organise travel arrangements, meetings and appointments
- Manage and minute the weekly Sales/Project meetings
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
The Office Manager should be able to demonstrate the following:
- 2 years' office management experience
- Experience working within FMCG would be desirable
- Can work on own initiative at senior level
- Previous experience of using a CRM system
- Good Microsoft Office skills - to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
