This is a key leadership role within a growing and innovative business that has invested heavily in people, products/process and continues to lead the way in its category.

With significant recent investment and a clear focus on sustainability and innovation, they are now seeking a strong operations leader to support the next phase of their growth journey.

Your day to day:

As Operations Manager, you will play a central role in leading the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced production facility. You will drive improvements across cost, quality, and delivery while embedding a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high standards.

  • Lead and develop production and operational teams, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure site-wide operational efficiency with a focus on cost control, throughput, and performance.
  • Maintain best-in-class standards in health, safety, and food quality compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align daily operations with wider business goals.
  • Own and analyse KPIs to drive performance, problem-solving, and reporting.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement practical, scalable solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and build cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of production cost drivers, efficiency metrics, and process optimisation.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety, food quality, and industry regulations.
  • Confident working with stakeholders at all levels from shop floor to boardroom.

What's in it for you?

  • Join a business that's investing in the future from automation to sustainability and new product lines.
  • Work alongside a passionate leadership team in a values-driven organisation.
  • Access to genuine career development and progression opportunities.
  • A competitive salary and benefits package reflective of your experience.
