Vickerstock are working in partnership with our specialist FMCG global manufacturing client who are on the search for a motivated Production Supervisor to join the well-established team at their state-of-the-art factory in County Wexford.

As Production Supervisor your duties will include

• Work as part of a team to ensure optimum flow through the production process.
• Ensure compliance with company work instructions, SOPs and GMP standards at all times.
• Assist in the management of the day-to-day operations to achieve daily and weekly output targets, ensuring team and individual performance levels are monitored and achieved.
• Identify opportunities to improve work processes and methods.
• Work with key stakeholders to support the efficient running of the plant.
• Participate in relevant meetings e.g. Production planning, Health & Safety.
• Carry out the necessary day to day administrative duties.
• Identify, plan and implement the necessary training required for the team and individuals and provide cross training as required on all processes.

We are looking for

• Previous Supervisory experience within Manufacturing (Food background would be ideal but not essential)
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to motivate, organise, develop and lead a team by giving direction, instruction, guidance and example.

Working hours

• Monday - Friday
• Week 1 6am to 2pm
• Week 2 2pm to 10pm
