Vickerstock are proudly partnering with a long-established, leading food manufacturing business in County Armagh to recruit a Production Supervisor.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a progressive company that supplies chilled and frozen products to major UK and Ireland retailers. You will play a key role in daily production operations and team leadership, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and food safety.

Your day to day as the successful Production Supervisor:

  • Lead and supervise a team of operatives to meet daily production targets.
  • Ensure efficient use of materials including packaging and labelling, completing all relevant documentation accurately.
  • Monitor and enforce stock rotation procedures within the department.
  • Act as the first point of contact for any issues relating to product quality, process breakdowns, or team performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records in line with company standards.
  • Support the management team with the investigation of any personnel issues (e.g. timekeeping or performance).
  • Ensure consistent compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and hygiene protocols.
  • Lead by example in promoting company standards on product integrity, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Undertake any additional duties as required within the scope of the role.


Your Essential Ingredients

  • Previous experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

And even better if you have….

  • Level 2 Food Safety certification.
  • Health & Safety qualification.
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG preferred.
