Production Supervisor Enniscorthy, County Wexford Fulltime/Permanent Monday - Friday Days & Evening Rotation, 39 Hours €40,100 + Benefits
Vickerstock are delighted to be partnering with a leading global FMCG manufacturer, currently seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to join their dynamic team at a state-of-the-art facility in County Wexford.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead a team of 10 operatives, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support your team to ensure smooth flow through the production process.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, SOPs, and GMP standards at all times.
Oversee day-to-day operations to meet output targets, monitoring team and individual performance.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement across work processes.
Collaborate with key departments to support the efficient running of the plant.
Participate in planning and Health & Safety meetings.
Manage administrative tasks and documentation as required.
Identify training needs and deliver cross-training to ensure team flexibility and development.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years' experience in a Production Supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
A proactive leader with a positive attitude, capable of motivating and guiding a team by example.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours
Monday - Friday, 39 hours per week
6am to 2pm, Friday finish at 1pm
2pm - 10pm, Friday finish at 9pm
