£14.33 per hour (rising to £15.31)
Vickerstock are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly respected and growing food manufacturing business based in the Craigavon area, currently seeking to recruit a Production Supervisor to join their expanding team.

Your working week:
- You will work 5 days per week Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu
- Overtime is paid after 40hrs at time and a half
Your day to day
As Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating a production team to deliver on output, quality, and safety targets. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.
- Supervise, support, and motivate production staff to achieve daily operational targets
- Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring efficiency and quality are maintained
- Train and develop team members on production processes and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow
Your essential ingredients
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting (food industry experience highly desirable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
