£14.33 per hour (rising to £15.31)

Vickerstock are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly respected and growing food manufacturing business based in the Craigavon area, currently seeking to recruit a Production Supervisor to join their expanding team.

Your working week:

  • You will work 5 days per week Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu
  • Overtime is paid after 40hrs at time and a half


Your day to day
As Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating a production team to deliver on output, quality, and safety targets. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.

  • Supervise, support, and motivate production staff to achieve daily operational targets
  • Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring efficiency and quality are maintained
  • Train and develop team members on production processes and safety procedures
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow


Your essential ingredients

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting (food industry experience highly desirable)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
