Project Manager

Location - NI/Wolverhampton

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading Tier 1 contractor in the Northern Ireland and Great Britain, on the appointment of a Project Manager. In your new role as Project Manager, you will work on a multi-million pound education campus build. You will travel to Wolverhampton, Monday - Friday each week from Northern Ireland.

In your new role:

Take the lead on the subcontractor procurement process.

Provide guidance and leadership to the team.

Conduct commercial reviews regularly.

Conduct daily safety briefings.

Develop a site quality management plan.

What you'll need:

Strong knowledge of contracts and tenders.

Prior experience with NEC contracts.

Strong construction project management experience.

CSCS Card.

Asbestos Awareness Qualification.

SMSTS Qualification.
