Quality Assurance Administrator

Fulltime/Permanent
Monday - Friday 8am to 4.30pm
Salary €30,000 - €35,000

As a Quality Assurance Administrator reporting to the Technical Manager, you daily duties will include:

• Assist in the general administration activities of the technical function.
• Liaise with suppliers on requirements and any out of specification products/ returns.
• Completing supplier performance review.
• Inspection of raw materials
• Maintenance of micro analysis certs including signing the reports, reviewing results, reporting any out of spec results and monthly trends
• Completion of daily tasting sessions
• Filing and maintenance of records for all the technical function.
• Liaise and coordinate supplier of services for technical function.
• Following up on communications with suppliers and in house activities.
• Using spreadsheets to track tasks and projects.
• Inputting and trending company data such as non-conformances
• Generation of weekly management reports
• Assist in traceability exercises.

We are looking for:

• 3rd level qualification in food related discipline
• Proven track record in similar role
• Ability to work cross functionally with other departments.
• Excellent Word & Excel skills - Intermediate level
