Job description

Quality Assurance Manager | Banbridge
A market-leading provider of offsite-prefabricated building services solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team at their Banbridge headquarters. With a reputation for delivering complex, high-performance energy and MEP systems across the UK and Europe, the company places a strong emphasis on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Your new role as a Quality Assurance Manager
As Quality Assurance Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for clients on all quality-related matters, ensuring confidence in project delivery and compliance. You will lead the development and implementation of quality systems, but just as critically, you'll work closely with customers and project stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve quality concerns, and maintain strong relationships through transparency and accountability. This role will suit someone who is not only detail-oriented but also confident in representing the business externally, promoting quality standards, and driving trust with clients through professional engagement.

What you will need to succeed as a Quality Assurance Manager
To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a quality assurance or quality management role, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or construction
  • Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, main contractors, and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, particularly when managing site-based or offsite inspection outcomes
  • Experience managing non-conformances, client queries, and follow-up actions in a timely and professional manner
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and a practical approach to internal and external auditing
  • A collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement

What's in it for you?
If successful, you will receive:

  • A competitive salary and benefits package
  • A visible and influential role within a growing, client-focused business
  • Professional development opportunities with a clear path for progression
  • Access to high-quality facilities and resources
  • A supportive working environment where quality and customer satisfaction are central to success
  • Additional perks including a health cash plan, life assurance, pension scheme, and employee wellbeing initiatives
