Quantity Surveyor | Fit-out

Your new company have built an excellent reputation and have partnered with some of the biggest global brands to deliver high quality, award-winning fit-out projects across multiple industry sectors.

Their market leading facilities and in house specialist bespoke joinery manufacturing services has allowed them to build this impressive portfolio of clients. They continue to grow and secure work across the UK & Ireland and therefore now require an experienced Quantity Surveyor to add to their Commercial Team. This is a full-time permanent role based in Co. Antrim with onsite parking & hybrid options available.

Your New Role as a Quantity Surveyor

Reporting to the commercial Director, you will be responsible for the overall financial management of projects.

Key duties would include; analysing contract documentation, Review BOQ, pricing schedule and ensure all quantities and sizes are correct by site measures and generating own take offs. Negotiate with sub-contractors to maximise profit for the company. Monitor budget/ variation and site progress throughout the duration of works, ensuring all are working to the programme and prepare monthly reports. Payment application and final accounts, ensuring all works have been paid for after completion.

What you need to succeed

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience
• Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or hold extensive experience within a similar role
• Experience working on contracts to the value of £1 million
• Confident use of Causeway or other related software packages would be advantageous.
