Your new role as Quantity Surveyor

• Draft subcontractor agreements
• Settle final accounts
• Manage interim valuations
• Identify value engineering opportunities
• Complete monthly valuations & reporting
• Mentor a trainee Quantity Surveyor

What you'll need to be successful

• Degree level education in Quantity Surveying
• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in Bluebeam, Cost X or a similar software
