Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator ( Fit-Out)

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with a background in joinery or fit-out projects? Here are the details:

Key Information:

• Experience Levels: Open to candidates at all experience levels within reason.
• Background: Ideally, candidates would come from a joinery or fit-out background, with a preference for joinery expertise.
• Role: The candidate can be either a Quantity Surveyor, an Estimator, or both.
• Project Values: Projects range from €50k to €2m, and the candidate will be assigned projects based on their capability and level of experience.
• Travel Requirements: Minimal traveling required, primarily office-based. Distribution: 70% Dublin, 20% rest of Ireland, 10% UK.
• Reporting: The candidate will report directly to the hiring manager.
• Office Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:15 am - 5:30 pm, Fri: 8:15 am - 1:30 pm. Note, there is a flexi-time of 1 hour+/- on start and finish times for Mon-Thurs.
• Salary Bracket: Competitive and commensurate with experience. We are looking for value for money, and all levels of experience will be considered.

What We're Looking For:

• A joinery or fit-out background is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work on projects ranging from €50k to €2m.
• Strong QS and/or Estimating skills.
• Ability to work in an office-based role with minimal travel.
