Receptionist- Mallusk

Vickerstock are working with a successful organisation based in Mallusk to recruit for a Receptionist to join their team.

The Receptionist will provide receptionist and general administrative support to the team.

Hours of work Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm and 9am to 5pm Friday

Your new role as a Receptionist:

  • Operating a busy switchboard promptly and courteously
  • Communicating and liaising with colleagues, senior members of management and external contacts
  • Providing administration support to the finance department
  • Organising meeting rooms when required
  • Handling incoming/outgoing post
  • Ensuring the correct sign in / sign out procedures are adhered to
  • Undertaking general admin duties

What you will need to succeed as a Receptionist:

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist/Administrative role
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly motivated
