Having established ourselves as the leading engineering specialists in Northern Ireland, we are now looking to continue this exciting growth trajectory, expanding our services across the Island or Ireland. We are looking for an innovative and motivated Recruitment Resourcers to join our Engineering and Manufacturing Division to help us enhance our offering and contribute to our ambitious growth plans.

Your new role as a Recruitment Resourcer

As a Recruitment Resourcer you will work alongside our highly experienced team of specialist consultants, with full responsibility for candidate attraction within the All Island Ireland talent market. This is a varied, demanding, and fast-paced role where no day can be described as "typical".

You will undertake the full range of candidate generation activities, some of which will include;

  • Identifying and engaging with the local talent market

  • Management of our established candidate database

  • Utilising external job boards, social media (LinkedIn)and industry networking events to engage with the wider candidate market

  • Pre-screening calls to establish candidate circumstances, motivations and driving factors to make a career move

What you will need to succeed as a Recruitment Resourcer

  • Be educated to degree level

  • Have a minimum of 1 years' experience within a high paced customer sales/service role

  • Can demonstrate highly effective organisational skills working across multiple service points in support of company objectives

  • Have a driven and energetic approach to achieving targets

  • Be ambitious and motivated to develop your reputation, experience and knowledge recruiting within the engineering and manufacturing sector
