Regional Sales Manager

This is a great opportunity to join an established company, to work with the market area teams to provide advice to a global distribution network and to support the growth of the brand within the Western, Central & Southern European territories.

This role will be located in Europe ideally Germany or France.

Reporting to the International Sales Director for (Europe, Russia & Africa) you will act as a key interface role between the manufacturer and distribution partners and the end-customer market.

You will be responsible for developing & delivering of key business initiatives, dealer development, technical sales & application support to external sales teams that drive sales growth.

Your new role as a Regional Sales Manager

  • Deliver revenue goals, and margin performance in the specific sales Territory of responsibility
  • Manage & Develop distribution channels in the specific sales territory of responsibility
  • Prospect new partners for territories and market segments not adequately covered
  • Provide technical sales and application support for MPS products to dealers and end-users

What you need to succeed as a Regional Sales Manager

  • Significant technical sales experience of crushing and screening equipment, and/or crushing & screening operations, processes & plant layouts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and lead negotiations with customers at all levels and across diverse international cultures
  • Fluency in English and French and/or German is preferrable
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and time management
  • You must be goal and result orientated with the energy, perseverance, and commitment to deliver sales growth
