Senior Quantity Surveyor

Vickerstock is delighted to be partnering with a Principal Water and Civil Contractor on the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

You will be primarily based in the Cookstown office(hybrid) with occasional requirements to visit sites in the UK and Ireland.

Your new role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

Work on large Water frameworks from tender to final account

Monitor costs and budgets during the project

Review and negotiate contracts and subcontracts

Attend internal and external meetings

Mentor junior members of the team

What you'll need to be successful

5 years' experience in a similar role

Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline

Strong negotiation skills

Experience in NEC3/4 Contracts

Good to have (don't worry if you don't)

Previous experience in the water sector
