Vickerstock are working in partnership with a specialist contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team

Your new company

Are a specialist contractor, focusing on refurbishments, fitout, construction and extensions for Commercial properties. You'll join a team that includes a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Bid Manager, Buyer and Document Controller

About your new role as Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare valuations
• Complete CVRs on a monthly basis
• Negotiate subcontracts, costs and packages
• Confirm and value subcontractor payments
• Negotiate and agree final accounts
• Prepare Bill of Quantities
• Assist with procurement
• Monitor and review project cash flow

What you'll need to be successful

• 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering Construction or a related field
• 5 years experience in a Quantity Surveying position
• A broad scope of project experience, including groundworks and structural packages
• Experience with NEC and JCT contracts
• Full driving licence
