Location: Dundrum, Dublin

Role: Site Manager (Fit Out)

Salary: Contract Rates

Specialism: Fit Out

Duration: Contract until November 2025. Immediate start

Your new role as Site Manager:

• Supervise sub-contractors on site.
• Ordering materials.
• Continually monitor project progress against deadlines.
• Complete safety and quality checks
• Regular documentation
• Review works against site designs and drawings
• Risk management and mitigation
• Supervision of trades

What you'll need to be successful

• Previous site management experience
• Strong fit out experience
• Computer literacy
• Strong management and communication skills

Successful candidates will need to be based in Ireland and able to travel to sites. You will also need full right to work in Ireland
