Vickerstock is proud to be partnering with a long-established fitout contractor who specialise in premium retail projects across Ireland. Our client is currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee a high-specification retail fitout project in Dundrum, Dublin, with work running until November 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Northern Ireland-based Site Manager who is open to travelling during the week.

The Role:

• Oversee a small team (3-10 operatives) on a live retail fitout project

• Ensure all works are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety

• Coordinate subcontractors, manage site documentation, and liaise with head office

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within retail fitout/shopfitting

• Strong attention to detail and ability to lead small teams

• Trade background in joinery or carpentry highly desirable

• Flexibility to work Monday to Friday in Dublin

What's in it for you:

• Salary: £50,000-£60,000, depending on experience
