Due to continued growth, they now require an experienced Internal Site Manager to manage a Life Sciences fit-out project in Limerick.

The Role | Site Manager (Fit-Out)

You will take full responsibility for managing all fit-out activities, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of all fit-out

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams and finishing trades

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations

• Oversee site Health & Safety, implementing all safety procedures and documentation

• Provide accurate progress reports and maintain strong communication with senior management

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on fit-out projects

• Strong fitout experience

• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
