Technical & Quality Manager (Maternity) | Omagh

Vickerstock is delighted to be working in partnership with one of NI's largest feed companies with the key appointment of a Technical & Quality Manager (Maternity) for their modern Omagh based facility.

Your day to day as Technical & Quality Manager.

Reporting to the Operations, your core responsibility is to Lead your team ensuring compliance with legislation and industry standards

You will have overall responsibility for monitoring, controlling and updating technical, quality and environmental management systems; and a willingness to take a fully hands-on approach to all aspects of the business

Requirement to support Technical & Quality function 1 day per week at sister site.

Your essential ingredients

• 3rd level qualification or equivalent in an agri-food or quality management discipline
• 1 years' experience in a technical role within a food or feed company.
• Ideally have experience in managing staff in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Ability to deal with customer technical and quality queries.
• Highly competent in Microsoft Office applications
• Full current driving licence and access to vehicle

(Preference will be given to candidates with a knowledge of relevant technical and quality accreditation bodies e.g. DAERA, UFAS).
