Job description
Administrator
Vickerstock are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work in the Parts Department for an award-winning employer based in Toome on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for the administrative tasks within the Parts Department.
Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday 08:00 to 15:00
The Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- Processing of purchase and sales orders on CRM System
- Producing reorder level reports using Excel
- Investigating any discrepancies with deliveries
- Undertaking administration duties
The Administrator must be able to demonstrate the following;
- Experience of providing administrative support
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to demonstrate ability to be extremely organised
- Strong attention to detail
