Administrator

Vickerstock are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work in the Parts Department for an award-winning employer based in Toome on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the administrative tasks within the Parts Department.

Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday 08:00 to 15:00

The Administrator will be responsible for the following:

  • Processing of purchase and sales orders on CRM System
  • Producing reorder level reports using Excel
  • Investigating any discrepancies with deliveries
  • Undertaking administration duties

The Administrator must be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Experience of providing administrative support
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to demonstrate ability to be extremely organised
  • Strong attention to detail
