Multi-Drop Driver (Class 2) | East Belfast
Vickerstock are once again partnering our long established FMCG Client renowned for its high-quality products - with the hire of a Multi-Drop Driver for their East Belfast facility.
This company has a fantastic reputation for looking after its staff and as the successful Multi-Drop Driver you will play an integral role in providing the highest levels of customer care to their customers.

What we have to offer:

• Starting salary: £14.50/h (£30,160)
• Normal working hours are 6:30 to 14:30 but flexible to start earlier and finish later (40hours)
• Due to requirements of the role, we require flexibility but this is primarily a day shift role with no weekend or evening work

Your day to day as Multi Drop Driver

• Safely operate 14 pallet, Class 2 vehicle to transport goods and materials to designated locations
• Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Follow all traffic laws while driving
• Maintain accurate records
• Conduct inspections of the vehicle
• Adhere to company policies and procedures especially relating to safety, vehicle maintenance, and customer service
• Picking own orders when required
• Conducting housekeeping on vehicle and yard when required
• Assisting with warehouse team when required

Your essential ingredients

• HGV Class 2 License, Valid CPC, Digital Tachograph and clean driving record
• Experience driving a Class 2 lorry for multi-drop deliveries and ability to safely operate a large commercial vehicle
• Ability to work independently and take instruction
• Physical ability to load and offload own lorry
