Vickerstock are delighted to be working with a leading client to recruit for an Administrator to work within their Meter Support Team based in Greater Belfast.

The Administrator will provide support for domestic and commercial metered customers throughout Ireland and will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by delivering quality results.

The Administrator will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversee daily metered operations, ensuring accurate readings, billing, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with field technicians to schedule and perform meter installations, maintenance, and replacements.
  • Manage all change of ownership, disconnections, and reconnections.
  • Analyse meter data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues.
  • Generate reports on consumption patterns, meter accuracy, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to address inquiries
  • Provide support and resolution for customer concerns related to metered operations.
  • Work with technology teams to implement and optimize metering technologies.
  • Stay updated on advancements in metering technology and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, customer service, and regulatory affairs to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in meetings to share insights and coordinate strategies.

The Administrator should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications.
