We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Production Manager to join the team and help lead production operations to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

You will support the Production Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the food manufacturing process. This involves ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment.

Experience Required

• 3+ years experience within food manufacturing
• 1 - 2 years experience at Supervisor/Management level
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

Working hours will be Monday - Friday day shift, flexibility is required regarding working hours during busy periods etc. Salary in return will be competitive depending on experience (more information at application stage).
