Commercial Bid Manager | County Down
At Vickerstock, we are delighted to support a well-established M&E contractor in the recruitment of Bid Manager. This growing organisation has become a leader in the offsite prefabrication industry across the UK and Ireland. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to assist in the evaluation, preparation, submission and negotiation of future proposals and public tender bids.
Your new role as a Bid Manager
As Bid Manager, using your relevant experience and knowledge, you will assemble a successful bids team. You are responsible for guiding your team to deliver winning, multi-million-pound product or complex service opportunities, whilst providing valuable input into opportunity qualification, commercial discussions, and solution design.
What you will need to succeed as a Bid Manager (it is great if you have these but don't worry if you don't- they are desirable not essential)
- At least 3 years' experience in an office-based bids role
- An understanding of commercial M&E systems
- Previous experience in preparing and submitting tender bids within Construction and Public Sectors
