Vickerstock are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading global manufacturer of modular solutions, offshore tanks, and bespoke pressure vessels to the Energy, Marine, Infrastructure and Industrial sectors with the recruitment of a BIM Engineer to join their team in County Louth.

Your new role as BIM Engineer

  • Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models for structural, MEP, and other project components.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of designs.
  • Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution before construction commences.
  • Maintain BIM standards, guidelines, and quality controls across all project stages.
  • Prepare accurate documentation, reports, and updates to support project delivery.
  • Provide training and technical support on BIM tools and best practices.
  • Ensure models and data are accurate, up to date, and compliant with project requirements.

What you will need to succeed

  • 3-5 years' experience in a BIM-focused role within construction, architecture, or engineering.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.
