With a number of specialist divisions including Construction, Civil Engineering and Fit Out, this Tier 1 contractor has the capability and expertise to deliver highly complex projects across the full built environment spectrum. With offices across the UK and Ireland, this local success story is now one of the UK's largest contractors and continuing to create further opportunities for their team. You will become a valued member of their team, working on projects throughout London. The first project you will be working on will be either a £125 million commercial project or the construction of a steel frame superstructure and landscaping valued at £33 million- the chosen project will depend on your experience.

Your new role as Building Services Manager

In this role, you will take care of managing design, delivery, and commissioning of Building Services of a project. You will work alongside tender and pre-construction teams, ensuring Client requirements are met and that proposals reflect their needs and the contract requirements. You must ensure projects comply with building regulations, planning conditions, specifications and BREEAM. As Building Services Manager, you will support site management and Health and Safety teams with reviewing method statements and safe systems of work. Attend meetings including progress and technical, and chair design, progress, and commissioning meetings.

What you will need to succeed as Building Services Manager (it would be great if you have these but don't worry if not)

• Technically qualified
• Main contractor experience
• Experience in the following core systems: gas, power, domestic and wastewater, HVAC, power, lighting and earthing systems, passive and active data systems and AV, fire CCTV and security systems and vertical transportation
• Experience working as a Building Services Manager or Technical/Mechanical Services Manager
