Vickerstock are working in partnership with a construction contractor based in Belfast on the appointment of a Buyer. This is very much a reactive role so would suit someone coming from a similar position.

In your new role:

• Frequently attend pre contract meetings
• Support for pre contract stage works obtaining labour, sub contract & material rates
• Procurement of Materials required in line with programme & tender allowances
• Review and issue of tender documents
• Assist with client contract negotiations & award
• Frequently liaise with the operations team
• Weekly & monthly site measures
• Frequently attend progress & commercial meeting and present reports

In return a generous salary of up to £50,000 plus perks is on offer.
